Vegetarian
English

I eat a vegetarian diet.

Please prepare a vegetarian meal for me. Eggs, dairy (including butter) and honey are okay, but dairy must be made without animal rennet.

Please do not use meat (including poultry), fish, seafood, insects or ingredients obtained by killing animals.

This includes, for example, stocks or broths made from meat, fish, seafood or bones; fish sauce; gelatin; and fats from slaughtered animals such as lard or beef tallow. Dairy products, including cheese, must be made without animal rennet. These exclusions also apply to sauces and seasonings.

If you are unsure about an ingredient (including the rennet used in dairy) or cannot accommodate this, please tell me. Thank you.
