Dietary Cards does not require an account. The website adds no analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage. Saving an image or PDF creates a file on your own device.

Correction reports

The report form asks for a card identifier, version, problem type and a short description. We store those fields, a report identifier and submission time in a private Cloudflare inbox. The record has no fields for names, email addresses, IP addresses or health history. Please omit personal details from the description.

Reports are available only to the project’s maintenance operator through authenticated infrastructure access. The Cloudflare inbox automatically expires each report after 30 days. For an active investigation, the operator may create a temporary local copy and deletes it when that maintenance session ends. Reports may also be deleted sooner after resolution.

The form does not send email, accept uploads or create a public issue. It redirects to a confirmation page only after storage succeeds. If storage fails, it shows an error without claiming delivery.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes network request information to deliver and protect it. The report endpoint limits request size and submission frequency. The site does not copy network addresses into the correction inbox or enable application request-body logging. Cloudflare’s own processing is described in its privacy policy.
